# What does a licensed massage therapist need to rent this room, and what is in it?

A current New York State massage therapy license, which the state issues through the Office of the Professions, plus professional liability insurance in your own name. The room has a heated spa bed with adjustable working height, an adjustable face cradle and bolsters — not a portable folding table. Linens are supplied and laundered here, so nothing goes home with you. Bring your own oils and product.
