This policy explains what Relax and Relief by Enhancewell collects, why, and what we do with it — across booking a session or room rental, buying a product, signing up for our newsletter, or contacting us.
Booking a session or room rental
Booking details you provide through our scheduling system — name, contact details, appointment times and any intake or health information you choose to share with your therapist. We also receive standard technical data such as IP address and browser type when you visit this site.
Scheduling and payment for bookings are handled by Acuity Scheduling and its payment processor, which process your data on our behalf under their own terms. Health information shared with your therapist is kept confidential and is not shared without your consent except where the law requires it.
Buying a product
When you buy from our CBD and Emu oil product line, we collect your name, shipping address, email and order details. Card payment is processed by our payment processor, NMI — we do not store your full card number. Order and shipping details are shared with ShipStation to fulfill and ship your order, and order confirmations are sent through our email provider, Resend. If you use a discount code, the code and its use are recorded against your order.
Newsletter
If you sign up for our newsletter, we save your email address so we can send you updates. We may forward your email to our newsletter delivery provider, Robly, to send those emails on our behalf.
Contact form
If you write to us through the contact form, we save your name, email and message so our team can review and respond to it.
How we use it
To provide and confirm your appointment or order, to contact you about it, to keep clinical notes where relevant to your care, and to meet our legal and insurance obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and your rights
Records are kept only as long as needed for care continuity, order fulfillment, and legal obligations. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us.
